How can I voice concerns but not offend my cleaning staff?
Our managers perform random Quality checks on a daily basis for our crew to ensure quality. If one of our customers has a concern, we take it upon ourselves to police the home with one of our managers or owners. We will be the ones who notify the cleaning crew of any items they can improve upon. This shields the customer from having to be embarrassed or feel uncomfortable to voice any concerns, as the crew is never notified of a concern voiced by the customer. We really work hard at this. The owners and management view our job is to serve our staff to help make them as successful as possible. We assign new customers to cleaners who are in close proximity to existing customers(in order to limit drive time and increase moral for the crews). We continually train our teams. We provide detailed information about each customer on an ongoing basis so the crew has every opportunity to get it right each and every time.

How is scheduling communicated to the customer?
Two ways, we have an automated phone call system that notifies the client of their next visit. This reminder goes out for all Monthly and every two week clients the night before. We also send reminder emails to any customer who requests it.

Only a select few companies are invited to participate in the BBB. We are thrilled with the idea of being accountable and being held to a high standard.
